Tiger PAWS (Parents And Wider Support) is the PTFA (Parent, Teacher, Friends Association) for Tiger Primary School
Hello and welcome to Tiger PAWS!
We are a group of parents and carers dedicated to expanding our childrens' learning journey. We come from different backgrounds and provide a wide variety of skills and ideas in order to support our children, staff and school.
Our aim is to raise money through organised events such as summer fetes, school discos, crazy hair day, non-uniform days, book fairs, competitions, recycling schemes, quiz nights and many other fun occasions. In our inaugural year, with a school roll of just 74 children, we raised £2,060.62.
Our children benefit from this fundraising as it allows us to provide them with extra play equipment, fun educational games, protective clothing and a whole host of other exciting things. Perhaps the most loved of these is our school mascot Tiggy.
All Tiger parents/carers are automatically PAWS members. We welcome any offer of help, however big or small. If you would like to become involved with the Committee, help at an event, can offer sponsorship or have any ideas for fundraising events – we’d love to hear from you.
You can contact us via email at firstname.lastname@example.org or via our post box in reception.
We look forward to having you!
