Special Gentlemen's Day
Dads, grandads, brothers, uncles and family friends were the guests of honour at Tiger Primary School’s Special Gentleman Day.
The relatives were invited to the school in Boughton Lane, Loose, on Friday, June 16, for an afternoon of crafts, games and a range of activities, including some that brought out the guests’ competitive streaks, such as rounders, balloon making and a dance-off.
Headteacher, Charlotte Scott, said: “As I’ve said previously, these events are a personal highlight for me as it gives us the opportunity to open up the school to our pupils’ families and showcase the children’s hard work. Seeing the children be proud and excited to show their loved one their work, or to give them a tour of their classroom, is just so lovely to see. I’d like to say a huge thank you to everyone who was able to come along. It was a fantastic afternoon.”
