Charlotte Scott, Headteacher, to Leave Tiger Primary School
After four years at Future Schools Trust, Charlotte Scott has made the decision to leave her post of Headteacher at Tiger Primary School. This has been a decision that she hasn’t taken lightly and from September, she will be appointed as Headteacher at a small stand-alone primary school in Kent.
Charlotte said: “I’ve enjoyed an incredible four years at Tiger Primary School but I am looking forward to the new challenges ahead. I have loved seeing the way in which the children have grown since joining the school when we first opened and how their characters have developed over this time. The school is in a good place with a strong senior management team and staff, who will ensure the school continues to thrive.
“I would like to thank all the staff, parents and children for their support because without you all, we wouldn’t have achieved what we have.”
Josh Coleman, CEO of FST, said: “On behalf of Future Schools Trust, I’d like to thank Charlotte and her team for their hard work and commitment. Under Charlotte’s leadership, Tiger has achieved so much for the children and wider community it serves. Charlotte will stay in post until the end of the academic year and FST will begin the recruitment process for her replacement immediately.”
Marilyn Hodges, Chair of Governors for the Future Schools Trust, said: “Personally and on behalf of the Trust, I would like to congratulate Charlotte on her new role and wish her all the best.”
Charlotte will remain as Headteacher until the end of this academic year and we will do everything possible to ensure a smooth transition into the new school year. FST will begin the recruitment process for Charlotte's replacement immediately.
